ESC volunteering
Our organization, as a sending organization, is looking for motivated young people to participate in a long-term European Solidarity Corps (ESC) volunteering project in Poland.

Programme
This volunteering opportunity focuses on supporting young people with fewer opportunities and refugees from Ukraine in their integration into the local community. Volunteers will contribute to creating an inclusive environment, promoting social participation, and supporting people in their everyday lives.
Main Tasks
✱ Support everyday language practice through informal conversations.
✱ Co-organize integration events and community activities.
✱ Act as a buddy for people with fewer opportunities in their daily lives.
✱ Provide one-to-one conversations and emotional support.
✱ Help newcomers adapt to their new environment.
✱ Promote equality, diversity, and non-discrimination.
✱ Reflect on your learning journey through the Youthpass process.
Funding
Erasmus+ KA151-YOU. Costs covered by the grant. Youthpass certificate.

Accommodation & Venue
Accommodation is provided free of charge by the hosting partner in Poland. Further details about the venue and accommodation arrangements will be shared with selected participants during the preparation phase.
Participant Obligations
We are looking for applicants who are:
✱ Age 18 to 30, open, empathetic and reliable
✱ Motivation matters more than experience, no qualifications needed
✱ Comfortable in English, willing to learn some Polish
✱ Interest in inclusion, migration and community work
No previous experience or specific qualifications are required-motivation and willingness to learn are what matter most.
