Representatives of our organization Seryan Yenokyan and Greta Atyan participated in the New Democracy Fund Grant Management Training held in Yerevan, organized by the New Democracy Fund Grant Management Team for current grant recipients.

The two-day training focused on key aspects of grant implementation, with particular attention to financial management, financial reporting, and narrative reporting requirements. Participants received practical guidance on applying NDF policies and reporting procedures, helping ensure effective project implementation and compliance with grant requirements.

The sessions also provided an opportunity to discuss common challenges, exchange experiences with other grantee organizations, and receive direct answers from the NDF Grant Management Team regarding reporting processes and project administration.

In addition to strengthening our team's technical capacity, the training created valuable networking opportunities and encouraged collaboration among organizations implementing NDF-supported initiatives.
